RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

EXCHANGES OR CLAIMS:

 

✔ Unused products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with packaging intact and accompanied by the original receipt.

✔ Change of mind is not applicable for returns or exchanges.

✔ Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged, claimed, or returned.

✔ Exchanges will only be processed for size or defect issues, and the replacement product must be of equal or higher value (with the price difference paid by the customer if applicable).

✔ If an exchange is due to a size issue, the customer will bear the delivery charges for the exchange.

✔ Buff & Co reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

 

REFUNDS:

✔ Buff & Co has a ‘No Refund’ policy on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, subject to the payment method used.

✔ If the product is out of stock, refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card used for the original purchase.

✔ The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.

✔ Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

✔ Please allow 7 days for processing returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

✔ Refunds are only issued in cases where replacement is not an option.

 

7-DAY CHECK WARRANTY:

✔ Customers are entitled to a 7-day check warranty, allowing them to inspect the product for manufacturing defects.

✔ If a defect is found, customers must report it within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange.

✔ Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, wear & tear, or accidents.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCESS:

✔ To initiate an exchange or refund, customers must email our support team with the order details, reason for exchange, and product images (if applicable).

✔ Upon approval, customers must ship the product back at their own expense, unless the issue is due to Buff & Co’s error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

✔ Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7 business days.

 

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

✔ You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed.

✔ Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent, and the Exchange/Claim Policy will apply.

✔ Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched.

✔ If an order is canceled due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be processed.

 

COMPANY RIGHTS & POLICIES:

✔ Buff & Co reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

✔ The company holds the discretion to refuse a refund/exchange if the returned product does not meet our policy standards.

✔ Policies are subject to change, and updates will be communicated via official channels.
