✔ Order Acceptance & Cancellation:

• Buff & Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason. This includes situations where we suspect fraudulent activity or when payment verification fails.
• If you are paying by credit/debit card, we may request further verification of your identity, address, or payment method before accepting your order. Failure to provide the required information may result in the cancellation of your order.
• If an order is canceled due to an error in pricing, product availability, or fraudulent activity, we will refund the amount paid (if applicable). Buff & Co is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by such cancellations.

✔ Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
✔ Shipping: Buff & Co offers standard shipping across Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by location (generally between 2-7 working days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges for exchanges or returns.
✔ Delays: While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or other logistical challenges. We do not guarantee delivery times.

5. PAYMENT METHODS:

✔ Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Change of mind is not applicable for returns or exchanges.
• For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
• Sale items and perfumes are not returnable or exchangeable.
